Episode 11, S1:
4 days till the Nekoma match and shortly after that it’s the preliminaries. There’s only one thing that they can do: practice, practice, practice. The team is shaping up pretty good as they practiced way pass after school. At training camp when lights are out they seemed to be scaring each other. Obviously it’s because they look a little different after taking a bath, even when the lights are out. The coach swears that he’ll get the team on the winning track even though he has no experience. To me no experience is like having experience. Days before the match Sho and his fellow teammates received some swanky kit for the match. They look awesome. I just hope all that practicing worked; they’re going to needs it.
Episode 12, S1:
The fated rematch is about to begin. And so far some of the teammates are already making tough heads already. But this is the first Karasuno High game with Nekoma in a long time and they’re still finding their groove. And doesn’t seem as nervous than before. But Sho still knows how to do a perfect attack and the Nekoma High team were surprised and impressed by that and asked themselves “how did he do that? And how can we keep up with them?” The Nekoma team are certainly picking up but Sho’s got an idea that may cause the team to lose which they did. Changing the direct delivery to indirect delivery? It’ll be tricky for Sho and Tobio, I’m sure they’ll pull it off. They’ll win all those points back. They’re all there to back Sho up, because that’s what teammates are for, right?
“Man doesn’t have wings,
so he finds a way to fly”
Episode 13, S1:
Both of those teams have done some work way before this match. They’re both continuing pushing each other’s efforts. A lot of spikes and attacks are going off left and right and the mood is changing as well. But things will get trickier and trickier as the game goes on.
“It’s not that who has the best abilities wins.
It’s that whomever lets the ball fall down their side loses. This is what it means to keep the ball in Play.”
Karasuno loses. Which means that Nekoma wins again. However the Karasuno team have potential and they need a lot more practice before the nationals. Both teams think that both of them are great and I think so too. They’re both as good as each other. I’m sure that Karasuno and Nekoma will play again.
Episode 14, S1:
This episode didn’t have an opening sequence. Good thing they’ve cut to the chase.
Another day of training but this time it’s for the preliminary nationals. By the sound of it they’re going through tough training. There are four tough teams, so they need to train hard and focus hard.
“Even if you’re not sure you can win or everyone around you says you don’t stand a chance, no matter what never say never. Don’t admit defeat until you’ve try.”
They’re getting better by the minuet with all those attacks and everything and the tournament is almost upon them. They’re sure to win this time round. Rather than do a speech the team manager found a banner for the team. Even though she didn’t say a lot but a banner is enough to boost their spirits.
Episode 15, S1:
All the team has to worry about is winning the first two rounds and get into day two of the nationals. I hope they’ll win and I also hope that they girls team will win too. With Date Tech and the other teams watching on they shouldn’t underestimate Sho as well as the other teammates. I’m sure that whoever made this manga into a series must of watched Michael Jordon loads of times.
