Haikyu!! Series 1 Ep. 6-10

Episode 6, S1:

It’s win or lose for the team. I just wish the other teammates wouldn’t put pressure on Sho; it causes him to get worked up. And boy do I know that feeling. But I never let my nerves get the better of me. Even the size of the court it giving him more pressure. I remember when I was in high school we had an Olympic diver training at my school to be a PE teacher who told me that if you believe in someone that person believes in themselves. Sho really needs to calm down. All he needs to do is breath in and breath out. Sho really hit a bad serve and accidentally hit Tobio on the head. If I were hit on the head I’d be saying “10 points to Ravenclaw.” But at least Sho is not in trouble but he did get a bit freaked out by Tobio. After missing a hit because Tobio passed the ball too hard, Sho hit the ball and it bounced off the court. Great quick attacks. The feeling that Sho felt was a great feeling. Tobio still needs to control his temper or else later on in his life he’ll end up with a high blood pressure.

Episode 7, S1:

The opponent team has their own setter called Oikawa who is better than Tobio and even a hotter head than him. All they need is one more point. But his serve was great, better even. However Sho’s team scored 25 points. I guess Oikawa underestimated the team. The next time they meet they’ll win. The next time they play in an actual game they’ll win. Plenty of time for them to improve, but that amount of time won’t be enough as the Inter-High tournament is coming up. They need to master something because they can’t rely on Sho to score a winning score. After school and training the team always go and get something to eat before heading home for a decent meal. I used to kind of do that after school (mainly in the summer) but not all the time because my house isn’t far from the schools I’ve attended. Sho has made his volleyball game debut but the team still needs a few more players. And they know who to call for; the team’s guardian.

Episode 8, S1:

OK this team has got two team members who are in the 5 feet height club. This new guy is called Nishinoya. He must be the team’s guardian. But what with the other team members, he didn’t seem to have changed to them because they think he’s still a chatterbox. He may be as small as Sho but he’ll make a great addition to the team. He even doesn’t let his height get in the way. And he doesn’t care if Sho is a decoy. I hope it’ll make a difference to the team. Somehow the team decided to recruit old team members that have left. But for some, they’ll need a bit of convincing. I just think that they should see Sho play and then maybe they’ll re-join the team. Even if they hate volleyball. Next they’re doing a training camp followed by a practice game on the last day of training camp with Nekoma High. They’re looking forward to it. But Nishinoya has decided not to play in the game. But he will come to training camp with them. Asahi (a former team member) has lost the passion for volleyball after losing it when it came to facing the blockers. But with Sho reminding him how good Asahi was when he was being the ace it gave him some thought, not to mention seeing Sho jump and hitting the ball. I hope he’ll re-join the team.

Episode 9, S1:

Last day of camp has arrived and they have rematch with Nekoma High. It’s the first time they’ve faced them in five years. There was one person who pretty much tried to convince someone who owns Sakanoshita Store mini market called Ukai to come back and coach the team and get them more prepared to face Nekoma by practicing with a Neighbourhood Association team of sorts. But it looks threatening; however the looks like the game is going all right. Every time I see Sho jump and hit the ball it reminds me of Michael Jordan scoring a score at basketball. Asahi tried to hit the ball when the blockers blocked it but with some words from Nishinoya he tried again and hit the ball right through the blockers. A perfect shot.

Episode 10, S1:

Sho wants to be the next ace? Good luck with that. But the team sure got there work cut out. They shouldn’t think that a blocked ball isn’t the end of the world. With Ukai watching the team play he thought that were good. Sho is too enthusiastic over the ace. Sho spaced out and got hit in the head Tobio isn’t too pleased with it because he knows that Sho wants to be the ace and is jealous of Nishinoya. There’s no sense in trying and being a decoy he can take in the blockers. He skills are amazing and could make a major difference to the team. Even some team members are a little jealous. But once they figure out things they’ll be going places. Ok Everytime when they thank you or whatever they sound like they’re in the military. It’s just the way things are.
