Episode 6, S2:
Where are they going? I mean where is the coach taking Sho? The coach has taken Sho to meet the old coach also named Ukai, which happened to be his grandfather. I just hope that he can help Sho with those quick attacks. Ukai understands but Sho has got it all wrong. It’s better to learn than to be told. Ukai can’t believe how high Sho can jump. Sho has to make sure he really understands the three tempos in quick attacks. I guess they need Tobio for that. Which means Tobio’s going to need to practice as well and an explanation from Ukai Jr. As Yoda said to Luke Skywalker “Do or do not. There is no try.” All they have to do is give it a shot. All this tense coaching looks like it’s being paid off as Sho is definitely trying very hard. As a matter of fact everyone on the team is trying very hard. There’s always room for improvement. I bet Nekoma won’t know what hit them.
Episode 7, S2:
Time to head Miyagi for training. Let’s hope that what they’ve learned works for them. But by the looks of things Karasuno team seemed to be having an off day as they’re not doing good during practice so far. But I’m sure that that they’ll get better. We’ll have to wait and see if they do. Blockers should practice blocking more often than before especially with other team members. They’re all so motivated during training and finally things are working out well, and about time too. But it’s just another day of loosing. Plus what’s Tsukishima’s problem anyway? Everyone invites him to practice but he keeps declining them. He doesn’t know how lucky he is to be tall and playing volleyball.
Episode 8, S2:
Flashback alert; Tadashi was bullied when he was a little boy. Man do I know how that feels because I was bullied at school for being different. And I think that the bully was also jealous of me too because both of my parents have are married and I got a roof over my head whereas her parents are divorced and she has to go and stay with either parent. Tsukishima really did look up to his big brother when he was a little boy. Well that’s the thing for us siblings, we look up to our big siblings and the bond between siblings is strong. I should know, I look up to my big sister Charlotte and we do everything together. Sounds like Tsukki’s reason for being a bit stuck up is that his brother never played a volleyball game even though he is actually on the team. If Hogwarts was an actual school and both Charlotte and I were attending it I wouldn’t be upset to find out that she’s on the Quidditch team but never played a single game, I’d still be proud of my sister. Sho has a lot to make up for whilst practicing and other team members have hope.
Episode 9, S2:
They’re almost half-way there and the entire team is getting excited let alone in this episode it’s been three weeks since they butt heads but they’re not talking to each other. Thankfully with the progress the entire team are making they’re making fewer and fewer mistakes. But the new quick attack needs a bit more practice. Well you know what they say practice makes perfect. Everyone is getting better but Sho remains unchanged. What is he doing? Sho should keep trying. Tobio shouldn’t practice on his own. But I think a 3-on-3 might help Sho practice a bit more in order to change. Thank goodness the 3-on-3 practice with members of the other team was over way before the cafeteria closes on them or else they would miss their dinners. Karasuno is definitely showing signs that they’re getting better. I wonder if those 3-on-3 practices with team members from other teams have worked because Sho seemed to have picked up a spike attack technique which I bet will benefit team Karasuno. OMG! Looks like Daichi has over heard something from the Date Tech volleyball team coach and it doesn’t sound good. Daichi thought he should keep it quiet but he told the team that the coaches will be treating them to a barbeque. Really? I thought it was something serious like Date Tech have also changed their technique. Anyways every single member of Karasuno team have improved.
Episode 10, S2:
This is the final set before going home, so they have to win and prove that they all learned something from the entire trip. I just hope they win. WHAT? WHAT JUST HAPPENED? DID SHO TRICK THEM WITH A TECHNIQUE THAT AN OPPONENT TEAM MEMBER TAUGHT HIM TO DO? THAT WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. Maybe they can now try the new quick attack. Please let it work. OMG!!! IT WORKED!!! That quick attack was new and different. That was amazing. After three weeks both Sho and Tobio have improved and are back in business. Karasuno is sure to win at the spring nationals with that new quick attack as well as the attack coming from the ace. They’ve changed so much during training. At first their techniques where sluggish but along the way they’ve figured out new techniques to try and learn. Good spikes, good ace and good attacks; Karasuno is doing really well. But there is something that one Karasuno team member want to try out and the tough part is coming and everything is coming together. They have a chance so they’re going to take that set. And they’re going to do another quick attack.
