Well that week I decided to make cheese scones, no debating on how scones is pronounced here please. I did slightly mess up a bit because I forgot to add a pinch of salt. Thankfully I remembered to add salt whilst crumbling the butter and self-raising flour to crumbs and I mixed the salt in. The mixture was a bit wet and sticky so I just plopped the mixture onto a baking tray with a soup spoon.
And look how they turned out:
They look delicious.
