Cherry Cake

Mary Berry's Fridge Cookies

This week I wanted to bake a type of cookies that I've never tried baking before. I would of done some baking a week ago but what with the heatwave we had in our mist this week it was impossible to make these cookies as it was too hot to do any cooking that weekend. So i decided to make a start on fridge cookies yesterday because they require to be left in the fridge from 8hrs to overnight before putting them in the oven the following day.

When I got them out of the oven this morning they turned out really great. And they tasted great too.
