Mary Berry's Best Ever Fried Fish 07/06/20

The day before was 06/06/20 and I had the best tea I ever had. I baked chocolate chip oaty biscuits and pink colored buns. I managed to get some rest after all that baking by drinking tea and eating a mocha cupcake. But shortly after that me and my mum started preparing for tea but I was still feeling a little bit stressed from all that baking. We got out the cod that we bought at a fish shop in Filey as we wish that there was a fish shop in Wakefield.

So my mum sliced up the cod whilst I prepared the flour with salt and pepper, whisk the egg and the breadcrumbs and add each of them into three different bowls. After we prepared the cod and covered it in flour, salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs my mum prepared the peas, chips and onion rings and we baked the cod in the oven.

When tea was finally ready me, mum and dad I was really looking forward to it. Once at our first bites of the Best-Ever Fried Fish we all thought "Well that's it. we're not buying anymore frozen cod in breadcrumbs because this is tastier than ever." So we're not going to buy any frozen cod anymore. we can just make our own.
