Last month was my 30th birthday and my mum and dad got me an icing syringe. I am thoroughly happy with my icing syringe. I have found my icing syringe very easy to use.

My big sister's birthday in September I wanted to make my sister Nadiya Hussain's Shortcake Strawberry Surprise Cupcakes as seen in this picture:
But sadly we're not in strawberry season yet because I wanted to bake some before my sister's birthday just to make sure that she likes them. So we'll have to wait but for now practice making normal buns.
